We “Know” Yardley Real Estate

Yardley Oaks Colonial sold in 4 days for
$35,000 over list price by Nadine Simantov, Realtor®
Keller Williams Real Estate, Langhorne Market Center

During the first half of 2025, two-thirds of the existing homes sold in Yardley/Lower Makefield were detached singles. More of the sellers and buyers were clients of Keller Williams Real Estate than any other real estate brokerage.

The median sold price was nearly $800,000 and the median days on market less than one week (6 days). Homes sold ranged from a circa 1958 Split Level (3 bedrooms, 1‑1/2 baths) to a circa 1997 Colonial (4 bedrooms, 3‑1/2 baths). The Split Level sold in 1 day for $380,000; the Colonial sold in 3 days for just over $1.5-million.

The tried and true real estate mantra — location, location, location — is high among the many reasons that residents choose to live here. Commuters especially love the area. We like to say, “You Can Get There From Here!” Many Yardley neighbors commute to Philadelphia, Princeton, New York and places beyond ... New Castle, Delaware for example. We even know of a motivated, medical researcher who loved the area so much she chose to live here and commute several days a week to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.

Of course people move here for variety of reasons. As Yardley residents and business owners ourselves, we would love to share those reasons with you. Are you considering selling and/or buying a home in 2025? More than ever in this unprecendented real estate marketplace, you can benefit from expert, professional representation. Before you make a move, call the John McClintock Team at 267‑471‑2038 for no obligation recommendations on achieving your home buying and/or selling objectives.
